Since 1994, Mr. Tan has been a master chef in Peking Duck and Suckling Pig in New York City’s Chinatown, Manhattan. Now, he is a supervisor at New York Vybes, where he prepares custom-made Peking Duck and Suckling Pig for clients who pre-book the chef’s menu.
